We have been dealing with Anglo Gold Ashanti, Anglo Platinum, Goldfields, Harmony, Placer Dome South Deep, Durban Roodepoort Deep, Impala Platinum, Simmer & Jack, ERPM, Northam Platinum and a lot of smaller businesses as supplier.
Franchise
We are part of the Silverton franchise which covers the hole of South Africa, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Zambia.

- All tasks and requirements are performed srictly to ISO 9001:2000 standards. We are busy applying for SABS 9001:2000 qualification and this will be in place no later than June 2010
Black Empowerment and HDSA
This company structured a Black Empowerment policy as well as a HDSA Policy that is already in place. We have allocated 25.2% of the company as share holders and a furtyher 25.8% shares will be allocated according to our aim for 2012 that 51% will be owned black workers within our orginization to help build the company.
In addition to this we also have a program where we continously educate and train people for curtain strategic positions within the company, such as Workshop and Transport Managers.
Our goal is to have a 51-49 split at the end of 2012. This means that 51% of TCO Radiators Services will be owned by black and HSDA people.
We do belive that our upliftment program should not only be financially rewarding but is also aimed to uplift the human (person) as well, therefore we evaluated and selected individuals that we believe will be an asset for the system, implemented in this country. |
